A wave of fear and terror swept through the residents of Birmingham in Britain when the sky turned a bloody red at night. This coincided with a heavy snowfall that covered the entire city and caused difficulties with traffic and on the roads. The British quickly began to share numerous photos and videos documenting the terrifying pink color that had covered the sky of Birmingham, located north of the British capital London, amid questions about the cause of the phenomenon and whether it was related to the snowstorm hitting Britain. It soon became clear, however, that the matter was nothing more than man-made lighting. According to information published by the British newspaper 'Metro', it turned out that the color that had covered the sky of Birmingham and frightened its residents was nothing more than light emanating from the stadium of the Birmingham City football club. However, the newspaper said on its website that this different shape, unlike any previous time, was due to the fact that snow particles and clouds were scattering the light emanating from the large lamps at the stadium and reflecting it throughout the city. The stadium uses (LED) lamps to help the grass recover faster, especially when rain makes it more prone to damage. Aerial photos showed the stadium's lamps glowing at the same time people started taking pictures of the phenomenon.
