According to police information in Kent, Britain, an illegal migrant died while attempting to cross La Manche on a small boat.
It is reported that the body was discovered at the scene of the incident, while several people who were with the migrant were detained and taken to the nearest border control point for processing.
"We can confirm that one person died as a result of this incident. This serves as a reminder of the serious risks associated with illegal border crossings," noted the police.
