The fantasy of a young Bulgarian girl knew no bounds: she dreamed of becoming a doctor, and one day she suddenly stepped into one of the hospitals in western London, presenting herself as a doctor. Kristina Zdravkova, a 19-year-old girl with Bulgarian roots, was convinced that any lack of education or training would not be a hindrance on her path.

At the beginning of this year, she donned a doctor's gown and rubber gloves, confidently headed to the hospital, and became convinced she was a real doctor. All day long, she was seen examining medical instruments, sending patients for urgent care, and even administering an unknown substance to a patient, and no one suspected anything.

She believed in her abilities so much that three days later, she appeared again in the hospital, but already with a medical stethoscope around her neck. Surveillance cameras captured the moment when she injected a patient with an unknown substance. At one point, she even submitted a patient for a payment and withdrew the face, fulfilling her dream of being a doctor.

In the hospital, the girl who presented herself as Doctor Kristina 'cured' a detained individual who was under police observation. She was banned from appearing in any buildings belonging to the National Health Service, except in cases of emergency.

An advocate tried to represent her as a young immigrant who just wanted to fulfill her dream of becoming a doctor, not exposing herself to any real danger. The defense justified her interactions with the patients: 'She communicated with them, consoled them, healed.' She had developed her brief career as a doctor until her arrest on the second day of 'work.' She was sentenced to 12 months of observation and 15 days of rehabilitation. As of now, the patient experienced no adverse consequences.
