British amateur club 'Shottery United', which competes in the second division of the Iverham & District League, has secured a one-season sponsorship deal with French Formula 1 driver Pierre Gasly. Gasly, 30, currently drives for the Alpine F1 team and previously raced for Red Bull. The reason for Gasly's sponsorship is that most of his current F1 team members play for the club. The Formula 1 driver plans to attend the club's matches in the future after sending messages of encouragement and support. The club announced the partnership on its Instagram account, accompanied by a photo of the driver wearing the team's blue shirt.
