British Foreign Secretary Reaffirms Palestinian Rights

Among the foreign ministers of Great Britain, David Lammy emphasized the need for Palestinians to realize their right to self-determination. He called for the cessation of settlement construction in the West Bank of the Jordan River and the preservation of the possibility of a two-state dialogue between Israel and Palestine. Lammy also stated that Great Britain plays a leading role in facilitating the resumption of the negotiation process in this region.

According to David Lammy, his country stems from the principle of two states, recognizing Israel's right to security and the rights of Palestinians to live in dignity. He also noted that for achieving a peaceful resolution of the conflict, it is essential to understand both sides and the obligations from all participants.

"We will continue to support Palestinians in their aspirations for self-determination and support Israel in ensuring its security," Lammy emphasized.
