According to information from British media, Mohamed Salah's connection with Liverpool continues to remain strong until the end of the current football season. <
According to the Mirror newspaper, changes in transfer rules could allow Liverpool’s star to switch to the Saudi championship by the World Championship among clubs this summer. "FIFA Council approved changes to the rules that could allow Mohamed Salah to join Hlal at the start of the World Championship among clubs in America".
The star's contract with Liverpool expires in June 2025, and it's increasingly likely that he will leave Anfield. The Mirror added: "Salah is not shy about speaking openly about his situation and, although he excels on the field, he stated that serious negotiations will be conducted between him and the club regarding a new contract".
"The Egyptian player agreed that this will be his last season with the 'Reds', and Saudi Arabia is a potential direction. And Hlal has a greater chance of signing with him after the club only gets rid of Neymar, which creates space in the team for a major deal".
"Salah will remain at Liverpool until the end of the season, but changes in transfer market rules have introduced a formal period for 'exceptional' transfers from June 1 to June 10, before the start of the World Championship among clubs. And this is a week before the usual opening of the transfer window, which starts on June 12".
