The company "Payndvud AI AI" is gathering to acquire the startup "Siz" from Dubai, specializing in automotive technologies, for more than 40 million dollars. The new agreement follows the initial investment made by "Payndvud AI AI" totaling 4.2 million dollars in "Siz" in September 2024.
It is expected that the acquisition process will be completed in March 2025. "Payndvud", specializing in automotive technologies, has signed an agreement to acquire 90.9% of the shares of the company "Siz" from its current shareholders for 42 million dollars (33.3 million pounds sterling).
